2007 SCHEDULE FINALIZED

The Ontario Australian Football League released the 2007 playing schedule yesterday (April 2, 2007). It consists of 15 rounds with each team playing a total of 14 regular season games. The Guelph Gargoyles have secured seven home games and will travel to the Humber College League Headquarters for the remainder.

Pre-Season tournament is to be held April 28th at Humber and will consist of a mix of 18 player and 9 player per side games.

Round 1 kicks off May 5 against the Hamilton Wildcats at Humber - 2:00pm

2007 Super Cities WALK for MS

Guelph Gargoyles team to participate in the 2007 SuperCities WALK for MS

What: 5km or 10km walk/run

When: April 15th @ 9:30am n(Check in @ 8:30am)

Where: College Heights Secondary School -Guelph

Why: Help out this important cause and use the 5km as a training run.

Training re-commences this coming Thursday evening March 22nd @ 7:00pm. Hope to see the familiar faces that have been making it along regularly alongside those lurking in the shadows. The snow has almost gone and it's time to start thinking Football. Come out and get fit for the upcoming season. Our first game looks to be scheduled for May 5th. New players are welcome to join at any time - drop us a line at the contacs us section or use the recruitment tab. Winter training is at Sir John A Macdonald Secondary School in Waterloo. Thats right on Saturday March 10,2007 " the Speakeasies" will be preforming live at the Wellington Brewery.

The Gargoyles indoor training sessions continue each and every Thursday until we can move outdoors in late April. Numbers have been strong so far and participants are getting a good feel for how fit everyone is with Slinga's fitness tests in place. New players are welcome to join us at any time and returning players are encouraged to get out as often as they can. Gargoyles host the 2nd Annual Texas Hold'em Poker Tourny

Guelph Gargoyles are pleased to annouce that the date for this year's Texas Hold'em Poker Tourny will be on January 28th of 2007. With a start time of 12pm and will be hosted at the Wellington Brewery's!
